A Corporate Lawyer, whether academic or professional is expected to be competent to analyse and evaluate the legal process from a broader legal perspective.The objective of this course is to study the nature of Company process as an instrument of Corporate Culture. It is intended to highlight the role of Company as Industry maker, participant in the economic power and as an instrument of commercial change. This course further intends to expose the intricacies of creativity and the commercial tools and techniques employed in the process. Since the ultimate aim of any legal process or system is pursuit of public interest, a systematic study of the concept of corporate law and its various theoretical foundations is required. This course, therefore, intends to familiarize the students with various different aspects and alternative ways of formation & working of a company.

Eligibility LL.B. Degree( with not less than 50% marks) from Universities/ Colleges/ Institutions recognized by Bar Council Of India as eligible for enrollment as an Advocate in India (45%for S.C/S.T. Students) or A Law Degree from a foreign country with at least 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade.
